Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
The return is logged within 7 days of purchase.
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
The product is defective or damaged.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for payment of shipping costs to return your purchase. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. After we have inspected the product to ensure it meets the required conditions, the refund will be paid directly to your bank account, please allow 5 days for this to reflect.
Exchanges
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are in good working order and without defects.
Should you wish to exchange a product for any reason, please let us know within 7 days, we will arrange for collection and replace it free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
